An idea without a full team
Start with a prototype or an agreed set of features. I identify the development work and which art, design, sound or testing skills are needed for that version.
Development with Creative & Testing Specialists
I lead the engineering and bring in trusted artists, QA testers, sound designers and game designers when your Unity game or application needs them. You work with me as your main point of contact, with each specialist’s role and budget agreed before work starts.
When this fits
01
Start with a prototype or an agreed set of features. I identify the development work and which art, design, sound or testing skills are needed for that version.
02
Keep your existing people and bring in only the missing expertise. I coordinate the agreed contribution and integrate it into the Unity product.
03
Align agreed visual, audio, gameplay and testing improvements with the next release, with clear acceptance criteria rather than an open-ended team commitment.
What you receive
Before the stage begins, agree who joins, when they are available, their work and fees, and what you or your team will provide.
Shared requirements and review checkpoints connect art, sound, game design and QA with my engineering work.
I implement the Unity architecture and features, integrate approved assets and designs, and resolve the agreed technical issues.
Review the build against the agreed acceptance criteria, record remaining issues and hand over the agreed files and setup notes.
Specialists join from my professional network, subject to availability—not from a permanent in-house team. We agree fees, usage rights, responsibilities and confidential access before work starts. Marketing, backend services, publishing and ongoing support are included only when explicitly scoped.
How we work together
Clarify the product, platforms, existing assets, budget and the result worth testing first.
Confirm the required specialists, their availability, responsibilities, fees and confidentiality terms with you.
I develop the product and coordinate specialist contributions through shared briefs, working builds and review checkpoints.
Check the agreed requirements, fix the issues included in the work and decide together whether another development stage would help.
Relevant development experience
These projects show my hands-on engineering alongside team-provided art and game design. They are evidence of implementation and integration—not a claim that I supplied or managed those teams.
Systems-heavy mobile game
I was the sole Unity developer and systems architect. The team contributed art, audio, game design and balance; I integrated their work into the Android/iOS product.

I owned the Unity implementation while the team supplied art and game-design direction, connecting matching puzzles, unit battles, progression and designer-authored content.

I remain your main contact and lead the development. Specialists can join relevant reviews, and I coordinate their contribution to the agreed work.
No. We agree which skills the work needs. You can use your own specialists or people from my professional network. Availability and fees are confirmed before work starts.
Only the people and tools we agree may access them. We confirm confidentiality terms before sharing sensitive material, and agree asset licences, source-file handover and usage rights before work starts.
Discuss development with specialists
Tell me what you are building, who is already involved and where you need support. We can agree a first stage and the specialists needed to complete it.
Have a limited budget? Tell me your priority and the range you’re comfortable with. I’ll be clear about a realistic first step.
